ELIZABETH SIMONS — Senior Attorney
Elizabeth Simons has over 33 years of legal experience with an emphasis on divorce, custody, paternity, child support and support enforcement, family law, simple Wills, and real estate. Elizabeth is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association as well as a long-time member of the DuPage County Bar Association. She represents clients throughout DuPage, Cook, and Kane counties, with a particular focus on Roselle and the surrounding villages.
FRANCIS T. PISTORIO — Founding Partner (Retired)
(Retired) Francis T. Pistorio has over 40 years of legal experience with an emphasis on family law matters. Francis was a 35-year member of the Illinois State Bar Association and a long-time member of the DuPage County Bar Association. He served as past Chairman of the Family Law Committee, past Chairman of the Criminal Law Committee, and past President of the DuPage Chapter of the Justinian Society. Mr. Pistorio started his career as an Assistant Public Defender for DuPage County and was a former prosecutor for the Village of Hanover Park.
